Terms & Conditions
- Qualifying period for this contest commences on January 1 2010 and ends on March 31 2010 (both dates inclusive) at: http://www.iaffinity.com/contest/au
- Contest is only open to individuals having an Australian Delivery Address.
- Multiple entries to this contest are permitted. Each correctly completed entry in the quiz will be entitled to at least 1 draw chance subject to the balance from the quiz.
- The lucky draw winner will be randomly chosen ‘out of a hat’ on January 31 2010 , February 28 2010 and March 31 2010 at 5pm EDT by Woodslane Pty Ltd as the organiser and promoter. ABN: 76003677549. Unclaimed prize redraws will be made August 28 2009 at 5pm EDT by Woodslane Pty Ltd, Unit 7 / 5 Vuko Place, Warriewood, NSW 2102, Australia.
- The following persons are not entitled to participate and are disqualified from participating in the contest:
- Employees of BIZ-ERA.NET PTE LTD and their immediate family members.
- Employees or staff of external auditors who are directly involved in the contest and any parties which are directly involved in organising, promoting or conducting the contest.
- All winners will be notified via e-mail. Woodslane Pty reserves the right to draw reserve winner(s) to substitute any winner subsequently found to be disqualified.
- Prizes will be despatched from Sydney by registered courier post. A Woodslane Pty Ltd representative to select book prize component will contact winners.
- All prizes offered shall be subject to availability. The prizes shall be subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions for warranty, service and maintenance, and Woodslane Pty Ltd do not accept any responsibility for the same.
- Prize Value of each HP Netbook is AU$800 inclusive of GST. Prize cannot be altered, transferred or exchanged for cash or other goods/services under any circumstances, whether in whole or part.
- Woodslane Pty Ltd on consulting with State Lottery Departments, may at any time without notice, substitute any prize with another prize of similar value.
- Woodslane Pty shall have the right to publish the name and the partial address of the winners in its promotional materials.
- The decision of Woodslane Pty Ltd on all matters relating to or in connection with this contest shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.
